When we have found a room that we believe is the right one for you, we will be inviting you to a viewing of the room.

The last and most fun step! When you are happy with the room, and we are happy with the contract and the price to quality ratio, you will sign the contract!
We find the room, you do the living.
We are specialised in the complete process of finding the right room for you! Of course you’ll be unfimiliar with the Dutch house market and its brokers. This is where we will be accompanying you! We will make sure that everything is okay with the room and the contract. We will also make sure there is a good price to quality ratio. In short: we will find your room, and you’ll be doing the living.
Costs
Agency fee
For our services we will charge one month’s rent of the property to be rented (excl. 21% VAT). In addition, there will be a deposit of 25 euros (excluding 21% VAT). This will be deducted from the agency fee afterwards, if applicable. For this price you will be receiving the following services: We will find a room conform to your demands. We will be accompanying you during the viewing to make sure everything is alright. And last but not least we will be going through the contract to make sure you will sign a fair contract!
